"My vehicle was involved in a accident at my apartments… and after a full day of listening to a lot of BS and being turned away ignored and pushed away, the last place I thought that would listen actually did the most, State Farm! They contacted me 3 plus hours after their office had closed for the weekend and they still managed to call me and and listen to my story, may not have been the best news but to the fact they called, Dave Ellies went out of his way to contact me when he could have waited till the next week to contact me, he showed he cared about his clients and their interests. Thank you Dave and thank you State Farm!"

"I dont know how this guy is still in business! November i spoke with Dave because my insurance card was not on the app. My wife had just been rear ended. Dave said they dropped my insurance because of a payment issue.....another situation that Dave's office people screwed up with setting up the auto payment. Asked Dave to add the vehicle that was just in the accident and to add it to the auto billing for the 10th of each month. Checked again a few weeks ago my jeep is not on my app again. Called multiple times and left messages to receive a call back........nothing. Got pulled over called state farm customer service they hung up on me.......I guess its time to find a new insurance company all together state farm has went to crap or something! I have multiple examples of issues like this from this office. I have been with state farm for 15 plus years and just recently had issues."

"I had Dave as my agent for a few years. First off, I want to say his staff is really nice. I felt their communication and following through was exceptionally lacking, and not just once but multiple occassions. Their response time to my mortgage lender was slower than a week (twice) and they only responded because I called them an extra time to provide the needed docs to them. I also struggled for over 4 months on getting a return of premium on a house sale and his office was always very sluggish to respond to my inquiries. I received promises from Dave personally two times that he would be in touch with State Farm HQ and get back to me the next day, which he didn't do. After that 4-month battle, I switched agents. The new agent said that Dave's office didn't actually do anything in the progress of getting the return of premium, and the new office got the premium to me within the matter of days. It seemed to me that either his office is understaffed, disorganized, or both. Dave and his office might work great for you, just know that if you have to reach out to them 3+ times on a certain problem that they aren't resolving, it might be time to change State Farm agents."
